摘要 目的探讨荷花的最佳提取条件。方法以正交试验对荷花的提取条件进行优化,以荷叶碱为参考指标,考察乙醇的浓度(A),提取时间(B),提取次数(C),提取溶剂的量(D)对提取效率的影响。结果荷花的最佳提取工艺是150倍量体积的95%的乙醇,提取2次,每次80 min。结论该工艺合理,可为荷花提取工艺的确定提供实验依据。 Objective To explore the best extracting conditions of Lotus. Methods The extracting conditions of Lotus were optimized by orthogonal design test, nuciferine was set as reference index and the effect of the density of alcohol ( A ) , the time of extraction (B) , the times of extractionI C ) and the volume of extracting agcnt l D) on extracting efficiency was ob- served. Results The best extracting conditions of Lotus were 150 times volume of 95% ethanol,extracting 2 times,every time was 80 minutes. Conclusion The test provided experimental evidence for the extracting process of Lotus.
