摘要 目的探讨门诊药房药学服务合理用药的工作模式。方法结合门诊药房药学服务工作的情况,改善服务态度、提高服务质量、增进内部协调、加强药房管理等方面提高药学服务质量,避免纠纷,提高病人满意度。总结开展药学服务的工作经验。结果门诊药房药师为医护患人员提供了合理用药服务,有利于提高医院整体的医疗服务水平。结论门诊药房开展药学服务可促进临床用药更加安全、有效、经济、合理,但是仍需进一步学习与提高,以便更好地服务于临床。 Objective To explore the rational drug use of pharmaceutical care in outpatient pharmacy. Methods Combined with the work of pharmaceutical care in outpatient pharmacy j improve service attitude, improve service quality, en- hance the internal coordination, strengthen the pharmacy management improve the quality of pharmaceutical care, avoid dis- putes, improve patient satisfaction. Sum up the experiences of carrying out pharmaceutical care in the work. Results In out- patient pharmacy the pharmacist for medical staff provides services for the rational use of drugs, to improve the level of med- ical service in hospital. Conclusion Outpatient pharmacy pharmaceutical care can promote clinical drug use is more safe, effective, economic and reasonable, but still need further study and improve,in order to better serve the clinical.
