康复训练联合神经功能重建治疗仪对脑卒中后运动障碍患者的影响

Impact on stroke patients with sport function obstacle treated by rehabilitation combined with restructure and treatment instrument of nervous system

目的探讨康复训练联合神经功能重建治疗仪对脑卒中后运动障碍患者的影响。方法将86例脑卒中后运动障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。观察组采用康复训练和神经功能重建治疗仪联合治疗,对照组仅采用康复训练。比较两组患者治疗前后的Barthel指数、FMA评分以及疗效。结果观察组治疗前后的Barthel指数、FMA评分以及疗效与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复训练联合神经功能重建治疗仪对脑卒中后运动障碍患者的康复效果好于单纯康复训练。

Objective To investigate the effects of rehabilitation combined with restructure and treatment instrument of nervous system to the sport function obstacle followed by stroke. Methods 86 patients with movement disorders after stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with rehabilitation combined with restructure and treatment instrument of nervous system,and the control group was only treated with rehabilitation.The Barthel index,FMA and efficacy of the two group were compared. Results The Barthel index,FMA and efficacy in observation group were significantly different compared with control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effects of rehabilitation combined with restructure and treatment instrument of nervous system is better than rehabilitation of nervous system to the sport function obstacle followed by stroke.
