尼莫地平联合阿米替林治疗脑梗死后抑郁的临床效果

Clinical effect of nimodipine combined with amitriptyline in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction

目的研究尼莫地平联合阿米替林治疗脑梗死后抑郁的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的50例脑梗死后抑郁患者随机分为两组,对照组采用阿米替林治疗,观察组采用尼莫地平联合阿米替林治疗,比较两组的疗效及抑郁症状改善情况。结果观察组的总有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的HAMD评分、MMSE评分、CSS、MBI评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平联合阿米替林治疗脑梗死后抑郁可有效改善患者的抑郁症状,提高患者的认知能力及生活质量水平,疗效显著。

Objective To study clinical effect of nimodipine combined with amitriptyline in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction. Methods 50 cases of patients with depression after cerebral infarction in our hospital were se- lected and randomly divided into two groups,amitriptyline was used in control group,nimodipine combined with amitriptyline were used in observation group.Curative effect and improvement of depressive symptom in two groups was compared respectively. Results Total effective rate in observation group was 96.0%,higher than that in control group （72.0%）,with statistical difference （P〈O.05）.HAMD score,MMSE score,CSS,MBI score in two groups after treatment was compared respectively,with statistical difference （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Nimodipine combined with amitriptyline in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction can effectively improve depressive symptom of patient,improve the level of cognitive ability and quality of life in patient,curative effect is distinct.
