心理干预对子宫肌瘤手术患者焦虑心理及性功能的影响

Influence of psychological intervention on anxiety and sexual function of patients receiving uterine fibroid surgery

目的 分析与研究心理干预对子宫肌瘤手术患者焦虑心理及性功能的影响.方法 随机选取2012年10月～2013年10月在本院住院治疗实施子宫肌瘤手术的患者68例,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组34例.对照组患者行常规护理措施,实验组患者在常规护理基础上行心理干预,观察两组患者的焦虑情况及性功能情况.结果 实验组焦虑发生率为14.70％,明显低于对照组的35.29％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;实验组患者性功能指标评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 针对子宫肌瘤手术患者行心理干预,不仅能在一定程度上缓解患者的焦虑症状,还可以提升其术后性功能,具有十分显著的临床意义,值得临床推广应用.

Objective To analyze and research the influence of psychological intervention on anxiety and sexual func- tion of patients receiving uterine fibroid surgery. Methods 68 cases of patients treated with uterine fibroid surgery in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were selected and divided into experiment group and control group randomly,each group for 34 cases.The control group was treated with conventional nursing,based on which the experi- ment group was given with psychological intervention.The anxiety and sexual function of two groups was observed. Re- suits The incidence rate of anxiety of the experiment group was 14.70%,which was lower than 35.29% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The score of sexual function of the experiment group was evidently higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implementing psychological interven- tional for patients receiving uterine fibroid surgery not only can relieve the anxiety of patients,but also can improve the sexual function after operation,which has evident clinical significance and is worthy of clinical promotion and applica- tion.
