浅析掺炼石蜡基原油对炼厂生产的影响

A Tentative Analysis on Effects of Refining Oil Mixed with Paraffin Base Crude Oil on Production of Refining Plants

以中海石油炼化有限责任公司惠州炼化分公司为例,对比了原设计加工环烷中间基原油的炼厂在掺炼石蜡基原油前后相关装置、产品的变化情况,分析了掺炼石蜡基原油后对常减压装置产品分布,芳烃联合装置的产品分布,重整生成油的性质,煤柴油加氢柴油产品的凝点、十六烷值,煤柴油加氢裂化装置和汽柴油加氢装置的工况,以及柴油的油品调和等各方面的影响,指出调整中间物料走向和产品生产方案、投用柴油降凝剂是较好的应对措施。

Taking the case of CNOOC Oil and Petrochemicals Co. , Ltd. Huizhou Refining and Chemical Company, the changes in related plants and products of a refining plant which was designed for processing naphthene intermediate - base crude oil before and after processing oil mixed with paraffin base crude oil were compared, and the effects of processing mixed crude oil on products distribution in atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, products distribution in aromatics united plant, performance of reformed gasoline, solidifying point and cetane number of coal diesel hydrogenation diesel products, processing conditions of coal diesel hydrocracking unit and gasoline and diesel hydrogenation unit, as well as blending of diesel products were analyzed. It pointed out effective countermeasures were adjusting the flow direction of intermediate materials and production scheme, and pouring point depressant for diesel.
