摘要
借助几种不同的检索手段,从21世纪以来我国碳纤维制造过程中表面处理的专利信息中,尝试探究一些碳纤维技术发展的踪迹。结果表明,2000—2013年,涉及碳纤维加工制造过程及其关键环节的专利有144件,占所有碳纤维主题词专利的3.83%,而碳纤维预氧化、碳化、表面处理、上浆和干燥等专利在这144件专利中,分别占6%,40%,12%,36%和6%。分析以为:基于节约水资源和简化工序操作,气相氧化法应当比液相氧化法更为值得关注。
By means of several different search tools, some footmarks of carbon fiber technology development were explored from Chinese Patent Information on surface treatment in the carbon fiber manufacturing process since the 21 st century. The results showed that there were 144 patents on the key manufacturing process, accounting for 3.83% of all patents with carbon fiber as keywords during 2000 to 2013, and the patents involving pre - oxidation, carbonization, surface treatment, sizing and drying of carbon fiber were 6%, 40%, 12%, 36% and 6% in the 144 patents respectively. Based on analysis, conclusion was made that gas - phase oxidation method deserves more attention than liquid - phase oxidation method from the viewpoint of water resources conservation and streamline processes operation.
