A Profound Understanding of the Socialist Economic System Reform

党的十八届三中全会提出,正确处理政府和市场的关系是经济体制改革的核心问题。深化对政府和市场的关系的认识对于加快和完善社会主义市场经济体制改革,实现全面小康社会的建设具有极其重要的意义和作用。文章从三个方面谈对社会主义经济体制改革核心问题的认识:政府和市场关系是经济体制改革核心问题的原因;处理好经济体制改革核心问题的注意点;经济体制改革核心问题的提出是对社会主义市场经济理论的发展。

The Third Session of the Eighteenth National Congress of the C.EC. correctly handles the relationship between government and market is the core problem of the Socialist Economic System Reform. To understand the relationship is good to deepen the Socialist Economic System Reformation, to construct a well-off society in an all-round way. The article shows three aspects on the understanding the core problem： why the relationship between the government and the market economic system reform is the core issue; the notices in the implementation of the core issue; the proposition about the core problem is the development of the Socialist Economic System Theory.
