中国“走出去”战略与经济发展水平的协同效应分析

Collaborative Analysis of "Going Out" Strategy and Economic Development in China

文章首先分别对中国"走出去"战略系统、经济发展系统构建指标体系,在此基础上对指标体系进行标准化处理,并进行有序度以及协同度模型的建立和测算。结果表明,中国"走出去"战略系统自2007年开始呈非有序态势发展;协同度测算结果表明,自2007年起两大系统协同度为负数,即发展具有非协同性。

This paper has build index system for China＇s ＂going out＂ strategy and China＇s economic development, and standardized processing on the basis of index system, and calculated orderly degree and synergy degree by establishment of an orderly degree and coordination degree model. The results show that the strategy of ＂going out＂ system in our country was not orderly development since 2007; collaborative degree calculation results show that the two big system coordination degree is negative since 2007, which have a collaborative development.
