摘要
芳烃二甲苯装置具有工艺流程复杂、能耗大等特点。应用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件对二甲苯装置换热网络进行夹点分析,发现异构化单元物料至二甲苯精馏塔进料温度偏低,抽余液塔和抽出液塔塔顶低温热利用不合理。结合二甲苯装置实际运行情况,提出优化方案。
Xylene plant is made on the heat- featured with complex process flow and high energy consumption. Pinch analysis was exchanging network of xylene plant with Aspen Plus flow simulation software, which showed that feeding temperature of material from isomerization unit to xylene rectifying tower was relative low, and the use of low - temperature heat at tops of raffinate tower and extract tower was irrational. Connecting with the practical operation of xylene plant, scheme for optimization was raised.
