电针五脏俞配合益髓通经方对格林-巴利综合征家兔淋巴细胞转化功能的影响

The influence of electric acupuncture at Shu-points of the five Zang-organ and Yisui Tongjing prescription on GBS rabbit lymphocyte transformation's function

目的观察电针五脏俞配合益髓通经方对格林-巴利综合征家兔脾脏中淋巴细胞转化功能的影响,探讨电针五脏俞配合益髓通经方治疗格林-巴利综合征作用机制。方法格林-巴利综合征家兔采用国际公认P2免疫动物模型建模,将建模成功的48只格林-巴利综合征家兔随机分为模型组、免疫球蛋白组、针药结合组,每组16只;将同期购进未建模的12只家兔设为空白对照组,采用MTT比色法检测家兔脾淋巴细胞转化水平。结果治疗第7 d和第14 d时,针药结合组的淋巴细胞转化OD值(0.492 4±0.029 4,0.401 7±0.006 5)与模型组(0.715 8±0.011 9,0.818 2±0.009 6)比较,均明显降低(P<0.01),组内前后比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01);与免疫球蛋白组相比,二者作用无明显差异。结论电针五脏俞配合益髓通经方对格林-巴利综合征具有良好的作用,作用机制与抑制淋巴细胞转化功能有关。

Objective To observing electric acupuncture at Shu-points of the five Zang-organ and Yisui Tongjing prescription for guillain-barre syndrome（ GBS） in rabbit spleen lymphocyte transformation function,and the effect of electric acupuncture at Shu-points of the five Zang-organ and Yisui Tongjing prescription treatment to GBS mechanism. Methods GBS rabbits immunized with internationally recognized P2 animal models,the modeled of success only 48 GBS with rats were randomly divided into model group,the immune globulin group,the acupuncture and medicine group,each group of 16; the same period purchase unmodeled 12 rabbits as blank group. Determined by MTT colorimetric method is used to detect the rabbit of splenic lymphocytes. Results Treatment for 7d and 14d,lymphocyte transformation OD value of the acupuncture and medicine group（ 0. 492 4 ± 0. 029 4,0. 401 7 ± 0. 006 5）,compare with the model group（ 0. 715 8 ± 0. 011 9,0. 818 2 ± 0. 009 6）,were significantly lower（ P 0. 01）,within the group before and after treatment was also had the significant difference（ P 0. 01）; Compared with the immune globulin group, there was no obvious difference. Conclusion The electric acupuncture at Shu-points of the five Zang-organ and Yisui Tongjing prescription has good effect for GBS,mechanisms related to the inhibition of lymphocyte transformation function.
