痤疮专用锋钩针治疗寻常痤疮机制探讨

近年来随着锋钩针疗法的逐步推广,在寻常痤疮的治疗方面,取得了较满意的疗效。太仓市中医院皮肤科在普通锋钩针的基础上,根据痤疮患者皮损的特殊情况,对该器械做了改良,名为痤疮专用锋钩针。痤疮专用锋钩针由微刮匙、针柄和针头连接组成。其优点为,对结节、囊肿患者在切开皮损后,可用微型刮匙将囊壁及炎性组织刮除。锋钩针疗法治疗寻常痤疮的中医机制为祛腐散结,消肿排脓,疏通经络,泻热解毒。西医机制为疏通毛囊,改善炎症,松解黏连,剥离瘢痕。

With its increasing popularization recently,the spike-hooked needle therapy has obtainedsatisfactory effect in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Considering the special skin lesion of patients with acne vulgaris,researchers from Taicang Municipal Hospiyal of Chinese Medicine have improved the common spike-hooked needle,namely,the spike-hooked needle specific to the patients with acne vulgaris. This special kind of spike-hooked needle consists of a micro curet,a handle and a needle point. It has the advantage of scraping the cyst wall and their inflammatory tissue after the incision of skin lesion of patients with cyst. The mechanism of spike-hooked needle therapy in Chinese medicine in treating acne vulgaris is to remove corruption,reduce swelling and drain pus,clear the meridians,and purge heat,while the mechanism in western medicine is to dredge hair follicles to improve inflammations,to release the conglutination,and to strip the scar.
