中药复方抗肺纤维化机制研究

肺纤维化是一种较为严重的慢性肺间质性疾病,其发病机制与细胞因子紊乱有关,病变部位主要在肺间质、肺泡和(或)细支气管,临床上多以活动后呼吸困难、限制性通气功能障碍、动脉氧分差增大、弥散功能降低、低氧血症为主要特征;糖皮质激素和免疫抑制药是传统治疗肺纤维化的药物。目前,应用中医药复方治疗肺纤维化,可有助于改善临床患者生活质量。
