小儿活体部分肝移植现状 被引量：6

摘要 肝移植目前已成为小儿终末期肝脏疾病的常规治疗手段.活体部分肝移植（livingrelated partial liver transplantation,LRLT或LRPLT）是近年来逐步发展起来的一种新的肝移植方法,已在小儿肝移植中广泛的应用.1988年,巴西Raia医生报道了人类历史上第一例儿童活体肝移植,随后1989年澳大利亚Strong医生等报道了世界上第一例真正获得临床存活的儿童活体肝移植.随着活体肝移植技术的引进和发展,中国也在1997年报道国内首例成功完成的儿童活体肝移植.
