电励磁直驱式风力发电机磁极极靴的结构优化

摘要 简述电励磁直驱式风力发电机的工作原理和发展前景。介绍了电励磁的磁极极靴改进和优化设计,采用"人"字形极靴斜极结构,使电机气流更流畅,温度场更趋均衡,提高了系统的稳定性。同时削弱高次谐波含量,降低电磁噪声、减小定子铁耗,提高了电机的效率。 Operation principle and future development of the direct-driving wind power generator with electro-magnetic excitation were described briefly. Constructional improvement and design optimization of the pole termi-nal of the generator were introduced. The construction of“∧”-shaped sloping pole terminal was applied, making the electric machine having excellent air ventilation, even tem-perature ifeld and good stability of the system. Furthermore, the wakened content of the ultra-harmonics brought up with the decreased electromagnetic noise, reduced iron loss of stators and increased efifciency for the electric machine.
