摘要
OCT4是POU转录因子家族的成员之一,在维持干细胞的多能性、自我更新及调节肿瘤干细胞的增殖、分化中起到至关重要的作用。文章拟对OCT4在肺癌肿瘤干细胞中的功能、信号通路及OCT4与肺癌临床指标及预后的相关性作一综述。
OCT4, a member of POU transcription factor family, plays a critical role in maintain-ing the pluripotency and automatic renewal of stem cells,and regulates the proliferation and differentiation of cancer stem cells. The article concisely reviews the function of OCT4 in lung cancer stem cell （LCSC）,its signaling pathway,and the correlations between OCT4 expression and elinicopathologieal factors and prognosis of patients with lung cancer.
