摘要
为进一步了解不同基因型大麦开颖系开颖角度的差异性及遗传稳定性,本文以扬农啤7号×扬0187杂种F1花药培养构建的DH群体中的199个开颖系为材料,分别测定参试材料2年6试点的开颖角度,对参试材料的开颖角度进行方差分析、聚类分析及稳定性分析。结果表明,开颖角度在基因型间、年份间、试点间及基因型、年份、试点的二因素互作间的差异均达到极显著水平,且基因型间差异显著大于其余因素间的差异。DH群体开颖角度的分布均呈现非正态近双峰分布,大麦开颖角度至少受两对基因控制。开颖DH群体的平均开颖角度在6试点间仅相差1°,部分试点间的差异达到极显著水平。依据开颖角度的大小,DH系被聚为三类,6试点不同类DH系开颖角度的平均值、变异系数及DH系数目比较接近。19个DH系6试点同聚为第一类,其开颖角度大且稳定;仅7个DH系6试点同聚为第二类,其开颖角度居中且稳定;66个DH系6试点同聚为第三类,其开颖角度较小但稳定。
The DH population consisted of 199 doubled haploid lines derived from F1plants of a cross between Yangnongpi 7 × Yang 0187 were selected to study the difference and stability of glume-opening angles. In the present study,the ANOVA,cluster and stability analysis were performed in two years and six experiment sites,respectively. The results showed that there were highly significant difference among genotypes,years,sites and the secondary interactions. And the difference among genotypes was larger than that of other sources of variation. Frequency distribution of glume-opening angle in DH lines was abnormal distribution with two peaks,which indicated that glumeopening angle was controlled by at least two genes. The difference of glume-opening angle in six experiment sites was only 1 °,and significant difference was observed in some experiment sites. According to the glume-opening angle,DH lines in each site were clustered into three categories,among which the average angles,CV and numbers of DH lines were close in six experiment sites,respectively. Nineteen lines were clustered into the first category among six sites with the larger and stable angles; only seven lines were clustered into the second category with the medium and stable angles; sixty-six lines were clustered into the third category with the smaller and stable angles.
