摘要
目的 用新型卟啉化合物分光光度法和原子吸收法检测精浆锌结果,观察比较其对诊断男性不育症的意义.方法 用新型卟啉化合物与精浆锌反应,用分光光度计比色,与标准品比较计算出精浆锌浓度,同时与原子吸收法检测结果比较.结果 原子吸收法测定200例健康组精浆锌为2.16±0.692 3 mmol/L,分光光度法测定200例健康组精浆锌为2.14±0.871 0 mmol/L,两种方法的相关系数r=0.998 6,差异无统计学意义(t=1.29,P>0.05).用分光光度法检测实验组210例不育症患者精浆锌均值为1.65±0.571 mmol/L,健康组200例已育男性精浆锌均值为2.14±0.871 mmol/L,两组相比差异有统计学意义(t=10.43,P<0.05).结论 新型卟啉化合物分光光度法是测定水中锌的一种简便方法,通过试验创新用于检测精浆锌,操作简单、灵敏度高、准确性和重复性好,与原子吸收法呈正相关(r=0.998 6),对男性不育症的诊断有很大参考价值,值得在基层医疗机构推广应用.
Objective With a new type of porphyrin compounds spectrophotometric method and atomic absorption method todetect the seminal plasma zinc results comparing observation,of the significance of diagnosis of male infertility. MethodsWith a new type of porphyrin compounds react with seminal plasma zinc, used spectrophotometer coforimetric, comparedwith standard to calculate the seminal plasma zinc concentration,compared with atomic absorption method to detect the re-sults at the same time. Spectrophotometricmethod was used to inspect the experimental group,210 cases of infertility patients with seminal plasma zinc averages (1.65±0. 571) mmol/L,heahhy group,200 cases of children male seminal plasma zinc averages (2. 14±0. 871 mmol/L),com-pared two the groups, the difference was statistically significant (t = 10.43, P〈0.05). Conclusion New porphyrin com-pound spectrophotometric method is a simple method for determination of zinc in water, used in detection of seminal plasmazinc through test, and has simple operation,high sensitivity, accuracy and repeatability, and is positively correlated with theatomic absorption method (r= 0. 998 6), which is a great reference value to the diagnosis of male infertility, is worth popularization and application in grassroots medical institutions.
