DC＋ CIK免疫治疗由于它的毒副作用小,能减少肿瘤患者术后复发、转移的概率,能提高患者对化放疗的敏感性及耐受性、还能明显的改善患者的生活质量,现已开始逐步应用于临床中,大多数的实验室都建立了标准化实验室及制定了严格的标准化操作规程（SOP）,力求培养DC＋ CIK的培养和回输安全.该文重点讨论了DC＋ CIK培养中的常见污染和预防要点,希望能给广大的细胞培养工作者提供参考.

DC＋ CIK immune therapy due to its small toxic and side effect, can reduce the probability of recurrence, metastasis in postoperative cancer patients, can improve the patients on chemotherapy and radiotherapy sensitivity and tolerance, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,has been gradually applied in clinic,most of the laboratory have established a standard laboratory and standard operating procedures and strict formulation （SOP）, and strive to cultivate a cultureof DC＋CIK and transfusion safety. This paper discusses the common pollution and prevention of DC＋CIK culture,hope to provide reference to train workers to the majority of the cells.
