科技和创新是促进进步的核心,也是当今推动发展最有力的手段之一。现有的和新出现的各种挑战带来的压力与日俱增,我们必须重新审视科技与创新,并承诺开展更好的合作,尤其是在亚太区域内及"南南合作"框架下的合作;要使可持续发展发挥最大的影响力并取得最大的成功,我们必须将科技与创新作为2015年后发展议程的主要推动力;加大培育和支持力度,以加快创新研发,推动更广泛的知识共享,促进最佳技术的采用。

Science and technology and innovation are the core in promoting progress; they are also one of the most powerful means in promoting development. Pressures brought by current and new emerging challenges are growing increasingly;we should review science and technology and innovation and promise to promote better cooperation, especially in the area of Asia and the Pacific and within the framework of“South-South Cooperation”;we should give full play to the role of sustainable development and make great achievements; we must take science and technology and innovation as the main drivers of development agenda after 2015;we should strengthen cultivation and support to accelerate R＆amp;D, promote sharing of knowledge in the more broad areas and promote the adoption of the best technology.
