摘要
商贸物流系统是由众多构成要素组成的复杂系统,要使这个复杂的系统实现协调发展,必须要有相适应的机制来约束各构成要素,本文通过分析该系统协调发展机制的形成条件,将商贸物流系统协调发展机制分为信任机制、信息共享机制和利益分配机制,并通过分析各机制特征,提出机制构建的措施。
Businese logistics system is a compl ex system composed of many elements, to make the complicated system realize the coordinated development, there must be a mechanism to adapt to the constraint elements, through the analysis of the formation conditions of mechanism for the coordinated development of the system, the mechanism of coordinated development of container logistics system sharing mechanism and the interest distribution mechanism for trust mechanism, information, and through the analysis of the mechanism, get the mechanism construction measures.
