On the Evaluation of Innovative Incubator Operational Performance——A Case Study of Innovative Incubator in Zhongguancun

创新型孵化器运行绩效受多方面因素影响,对其运行绩效的评价应注重其孵化能力、孵化效率、创新活动和管理能力,减少传统经济效益指标低估创新型孵化器发展潜力的影响。从政府管理角度出发,应加大专业领域创新型孵化器支持力度,鼓励创新型孵化器不断探索新的服务模式,引导和鼓励创新资源集聚发展,支持创新型孵化器的国际化发展,吸引外部优势创新资源,促进创新型孵化器更加健康、有序发展。

There are so many determinants having i mpacts on the operational performance of innovative incubator; in evaluating the operational performance of innovative incubators, we should pay more attention to the capacity for incubation, incubation efficiency, innovative activities and capacity for management to reduce the impact of undervalued development potential of innovative incubators while using the traditional economic performance indicators. In terms of government regulation, we should give more support to innovative incubators in professional fields, encourage these incubators to explore more new service pattern, guide and encourage the concentrated development of innovative resources, give support to the international development of these incubators, attract more innovative resources with external advantages, and promote the healthy and orderly development of innovative incubators.
