北部湾城市群城市蔓延的测度及其调控

On Measurement and Regulation of Urban Sprawl of the Urban Agglomerations in the Beibu Gulf

从北部湾城市群"人口—土地"这一视角对其蔓延的测度与分析,发现北部湾城市群存在城市蔓延的现象,其城市蔓延的四大驱动力是经济发展、开发区建设、城市交通、房地产投资与开发。将资源、区位优势转化为经济优势并坚持走"内涵式"增长发展道路,合理规划产业园区,完善北部湾城市交通系统,有效引导房地产投资和开发,是对北部湾城市群城市蔓延进行调控、实现北部湾城市群可持续发展的有效措施。

Measured and analyzed on the urban sprawl from the perspective ot ＂populatlon-iand＂ in uroan agglomerations around the Beibu Gulf, it can be found that there are indications of urban sprawl in this area. The four driving forces of the sprawl are economic development, construction of the development zones, urban transportation, and real estates investment and development. The authors propose the following effective measures to regulate the urban sprawl and achieve the sustainable development of urban agglomerations in the Beibu Gulf： transforming resources, local advantages ：into economic advantages and taking the ＂content＂ growth path to develop, reasonably planning the industrial parks, improving urban transportation in the Beibu Gulf cities, and effectively directing real estates investment and development.
