摘要
近年来,英美两国中小学教师在职培训呈现出法制化、制度化、多样化的发展特征。英美两国的做法启示我们要从国家战略高度来重视中小学教师继续教育,不断完善中小学教师在职培训的法律法规;规范管理教师在职培训各项工作,逐步建立一套科学系统的在职培训制度;善于在培训过程中总结创新,提供灵活多样的中小学教师在职培训形式。
In recent years, on-the-job training of primary and secondary school teachers in UK and US manifests the development characteristics of institutionalization, systematization and diversification. Their practices give us enlightenment that emphasis should be put on the continuing education of the primary and secondary school teachers and perfect the law and regulation of the on-the-job training of primary and secondary school teachers from the country strategic level. We should standardize the works of managing the teachers of the on-the-job training and gradually build a set of scientific and systematic on-the-job training regulation. We should be innovative in carrying out training projects so that we can provide various and flexible patterns of training primary and secondary school teachers.
