Banks on the Internet in China:Its Problems and Suggestions

随着电子商务时代的到来，网上银行快速发展。虽然我国银行内部网络建设起步较早，但互联网银行业务发展不足；做得较成功的是招商银行的网上银行业务，故以招商银行为例，深入分析我国网上银行发展的现状及问题，并提出对策性建议。

With the coming of E－commerce age banks on the internet are developing rapidly． The author holds that it issues a challenge to the management ways of traditional banks as well as to the management experiences of finance in the 21st century． Taking China Merchants Bank as an example the author tries to analyze the current situation existing problems and countermeasures for developing banks on the internet in China．
