摘要 目的探讨心理自助教育对护士心理健康的影响。方法将274名护士随机分为实验组140例和对照组134例。对照组采用传统的护理管理方法。实验组在传统的护理管理基础上采用心理自助教育。并对两组压力源调查量表评分,焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分进行比较。结果采用心理自助教育后,实验组护士在压力源调查量表各维度及总分均显著低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.001);心理护理干预后实验组护士SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理自助教育能显著降低护士的焦虑、抑郁情绪,缓解护士的心理和工作压力;通过让护士解决自己所遇到的心理困境,从而为患者提供安全、优质、满意的服务,最终提高医院的经济与社会效益。 Objective To explore the effects of psychological mental self- help education on nurses' health. Methods Used the psychological mental self- help education of psychological nursing on nurses,and compared with the conventional psychological intervention. Results The observation group nurses in the pressure source questionnaire all dimensions and total score were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant compared between the two groups( P 0. 001). Psychological nursing intervention was observed after nurse SAS,SDS was significantly lower than that of control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion Mental self- help education can significantly reduce anxiety,depression of nurses,to provide patients for safe, high quality,satisfactory service,and ultimately improve the economic and social benefits of the hospital.
