摘要
近年来,公众舆论对国家政治决策的影响力不断增加,各国政府普遍开始重视公共外交。美国学者约瑟夫·奈的"软实力"理论为公共外交提供了理论支撑,积极加强公共外交也成为提升国家软实力的重要路径之一。战后日本采取的公共外交诸举措,赢得了海外民众对其的认可和好感,成为有效凝聚新的国家认同的有效手段,并对塑造国家形象与提升国家软实力发挥了重要作用。
In recent years, with the increase of influence on public opinion and national political decisions, public diplomacy is paid attention to by the governments. American scholar Joseph nye' s soft power theory provides theoretical support for public diplomacy, strengthening public diplomacy has become important path to improve the national soft power. Japan in postwar introduced a series of public diplomacy efforts, which won the overseas public recognition and favorable for it, as a new national identity and effective means, and played an important role to shape the national image and improve the national soft power.
