客观、准确的食品安全行政检查信息的公开是预防和减少食品安全事故的发生,保护公众身体健康和生命安全的重要手段。目前食品安全行政检查信息公开的不足,正是造成我国食品安全行政检查不力的重要原因之一。因而,应进一步完善食品安全行政检查信息的统一发布制度,及时、准确、全面地发布食品安全行政检查信息。应减少公众获取食品安全行政检查信息的成本,并做好风险信息的交流工作。

The objective and accurate administrative inspection information disclosure of food safety is an important means to prevent and reduce the occurrence of food safety incidents and protect public health and life safety. At present, one of the reasons leading to the inefficiency of administrative inspection of food safety in our country is the lack of information disclosure. For this reason, we should improve and perfect the unified release system of administrative inspection of food safety and publish information of administrative inspection of food safety timely, accurately and comprehensively. Also we should cut down the cost for the public to obtain the administrative inspection information of food safety and prepare for the exchange of risk information.
