摘要
高校在帮助大学新生顺利度过适应期方面扮演着重要角色。调查N大学E学院实行本科生导师制解决新生入学不适应问题的具体情况,结果显示,导师对新生的帮助主要体现在人际关系、学习、生活等几方面,帮助的有效性取决于导师的基本素质及导师是否有责任心、有时间、有精力等因素。
Universities play an important role in helping freshmen go through the adaptation period smoothly. The study is used qualitative research methods to investigate the specific implementation that the case of E College in N University solves freshmen maladjustment by undergraduate tutorial systems. The results showed that, tutors help freshmen in five aspects of relationships, life ,learning, mentality and self-concept, whether tutors' help is effective depends on the tutors' basic quality, responsibility ,time and energy.
