日本专利密集企业的核心知识产权体系为何很难崩溃——我国专利密集企业应否“财阀化”

Why the core of intellectual property rights system of Japanese patent intensive enterprises is diffi cult to collapse:Should our patent-intensive enterprises be "Zaibatsu" ?

日本五大科技巨头的迅速衰落表明:专利密集企业往往置身高风险行业,很难保持长期繁荣。但日本专利密集企业都绑定了"稳定型财阀",只要企业的核心管理、研发团队不解体,那么这个体系就不会崩溃。由于缺乏财阀体系支撑,我国专利密集企业的抗风险能力、抗市场波动能力普遍较弱。我国核心知识产权体系的长效生存,需要这种能够抵御剧烈社会震荡的大型化市场组织体系。我国应积极扶持本土财阀崛起,为其创造一个发展国家支柱产业的自由健康市场。

The rapid decline of the five Japanese technology giant showed： patent-intensive companies tend exposure to highrisk industry, it is difficult to maintain long-term prosperity. However, the Japanese patent-intensive companies are bound to ＂stable zaibatsu ＂, as long as the company＇s core management, research and development teams are not disintegrated, then the system will not crash. Due to lack of Zaibatsu system＇s support, the ability of risk prevention and the ability of market fluctuations prevention of our patent-intensive enterprises are generally weak. Long-term survival of our core intellectual property system, needs such a large-scale market organization system, which is capable of withstanding violent social turmoil. China should actively support local zaibatsu to grow up, by creating a free market of the national pillar industry development for them.
