闽台海洋民俗文化遗产资源分析与评述

Analysis on Fujian and Taiwan Ocean Folk Cultural Heritages

一个区域民俗的形成,源于这个区域民众在共同的自然与人文环境中相互磨合、影响、认同,形成约定俗成的习惯。民俗的世代传承,规范着民众的意识与行为,如同基因一样在民众的行为、语言和心理中起着决定和遗传族群特征的作用。台湾与福建一水相依,福建籍人口占台湾总人口的74%,作为以福建为主的大陆先人开拓之地,迁徙台湾带去的生产工具、生产经验和风俗习惯传承至今。闽台特殊的地理环境和位置约定俗成了特殊的海洋民俗文化遗产,不论从渔业民俗、稻作文化还是民间信仰、文学艺术、节日、饮食、服饰、手工技艺等方面,在资源保护与利用上有着太多的文化共性,为海峡两岸文化共建提供了丰富的对接项目资源。本文以闽台海洋民俗文化遗产资源为调研对象,对其可保护性与利用的可能性进行分析与研究。

Folklore refers to conventional custom which is rooted in folk people＇s interaction with environment and inherited from generation to generation.It regulates folk behavior,language and mentality like gene determines ethnic traits.Taiwan and Fujian are closely related and mutually dependent.About 74% pepole in Taiwan emigrated from Fujian and brought in advanced production tools,production experiences and custom.They inherited the same folklore till now.Because of special geographic position and environment,Taiwan and Fujian have developed special ocean folk cultural heritages,which cover not only fishery folklore and rice culture,but also folk religion,literature,art,festival,food,clothing,handicraft,etc.Both regions share many similarities and differences in resources protection and utilization.The ocean folk cultural heritages of Fujian and Taiwan are main resources of many favorable matchmaking projects for co-construction on cross-straits cultures.Based on the project ＂Investigation on Fujian and Taiwan ocean folk cultural heritage resources,＂this paper attempts to analyze the feasibility and measures on protection and utilization of Fujian and Taiwan ocean folk cultural resources.
