中国与中亚的人文交流合作——以孔子学院为例

Cultural Communication and Cooperation between China and Central-Asian Countries——Institute of Confucius as a Case

孔子学院是中国与中亚国家进行人文交流合作的重要平台,中亚孔子学院开展人文交流合作具有政府主导、运行模式当地化、资金来源多渠道化、合作主体多元化、组织形式多样化等特点,同时存在机制建设不完备、发展规划不明晰、经费来源不充足、互信基础不牢靠等问题。文本建议中国与中亚开展人文交流合作应该依托上海合作组织,建立长效人文交流机制;加大政策支持力度,提升中华文化影响力;拓宽合作领域,丰富交流内容和形式。

Institute of Confucius is an important platform for cultural cooperation and communication between China and central- Asia countries. The cultural cooperation and communication carried out by Confucian Institutes in central Asia is featured by govern- ment guide, localized operation pattern and multiple-source of funds, diversified cooperative mainstay and organization forms as well as issues in mechanism eonstruction, development programme and expense source. The essay proposes that China should establish long-term mechanism, expand scope of cooperation and diversify content and form of communication with central-Asia countries.
