摘要 任何一个博览会都会涉及到组展方、参展商、观众等多方的参与,观众作为博览会的主要参与者,其满意度对展会的成功举办有巨大的影响作用。因此分析不同参展目的观众满意度的差异,是提升博览会办会水平的有效途径。文本以第二届中国—亚欧博览会观众满意度的实际调查结果为基础,对博览会10个主要评价指标进行量化分析,并根据观众不同参会目的差异加以细化,以期对第二届中国—亚欧博览会的观众满意度给出客观、系统的评价,针对存在的问题,提出提高观众满意度的对策。 The Expo. Involves organizers, participating merchants and as main participants, whose satisfaction takes great effect on its successful show. Therefore, analysis of gap in the satisfaction of visitors with different purposes is an efficient approach to raise the level of hosting Expo. The essay, based on the findings of satisfaction among audiences for the Second China-Euro-Asian Expo. makes a quantitive analysis of 15 main assessment indicators, subdivide the gap of visitors with different purposes and show lower rate of satisfaction with the service of Euro-Asian Expo. Of 15 indicators, vast majority of indicators show lower rate of satisfaction. The Expo. As much room to be desired in service, with a large gap from expected level, especially in service attitude of staff, security and volunteers" service and itemized service available to specialized visitors and ordinary ones.
