试错式改革是改革开放以来中国特色社会主义道路探索的重要方法。试错式改革不仅有利于降低中国政府政策运行的风险成本,规避政治和经济上的浪漫主义可能带来的种种"陷阱",而且有助于克服有限理性的信息偏差,在"试验"中探寻"对"与"错",并转化为中国特色社会主义制度,推动中国特色社会主义道路内生。从中国特色社会主义道路发展看,试错式改革是一种将缺乏中国具体语境或者缺乏制度环境的政府"顶层设计"予以"问题化"处理的有效方法。
