数字出版人才实践能力培养探究

Study on the Practical Ability Cultivation of Digital Publishing Talent

数字出版时代人才需求日益迫切,人才能力结构要求不断提升,高校应改变传统的理论人才培养方法,尝试理论与实践融合的教育教学模式。该文通过对现阶段人才培养过程中所面临问题的分析,提出可通过搭建数字出版全流程模拟平台,还原数字出版实际业务体系,分解各环节技术实现步骤和原理,并结合多媒体传播理论等方式,强化对出版人才实践能力的培养。这一结论对高校人才培养体系的建设具有一定的参考意义。

The digital publishing era is increasingly urgent demand for talent, and the human capacity structural require-ments are continuous upgrading. Colleges and universities should change the traditional theory-based training mode, try to integrate theory and practice＇s education method. Based on the analysis of current personnel training problems faced in the process, this paper put forward that we can by the way of building digital publishing process simulation platform, restoring digital publishing practical business system, decomposing various aspects of technical implementation steps and principles, and combining with multimedia propagation theory, strengthen the cultivation of publishing talented practice ability. This conclusion on construction of college talent cultivation system has certain reference significance.
