基于云架构的学分银行信息平台设计研究 被引量:33

摘要 "学分银行"是一种新型的教育管理模式,它主要为先前学习成果携带者和教育培训机构提供学习成果认证、积累与转换等业务服务,其业务模式具有"组织架构庞杂、地域环境分散、信息交互频繁、管理错综复杂、涉及类型复杂"等特点。因此,"学分银行"制度建设对其信息平台的研发和应用提出了诸多特殊需求,其中包括应用的快速部署、资源的弹性分配、管理的全方位监控等。本文在对"学分银行"的组织架构和业务模式特点深入分析基础上,提出基于云架构的"学分银行"信息平台(以下简称"信息平台")的设计方案,结合其核心需求的特点,探讨云架构下信息平台涉及的关键技术。 Credit bank, as a new educational administration mode, provides services for those individuals with prior learning experiences and for educational and training institutions, with learning achievements recognition, accumulation and transfer. The services are complex with huge organizational structures, geographically scattered distribution, frequent information interaction, complicated administration process and diversified education types, etc. Therefore there are special needs for the design and application of credit bank information platform, including flexible distribution of resources, all-scale monitoring in administration, etc. By analyzing the organizational structures and service modes of credit bank, the author proposes a design plan for credit bank information platform based on cloud framework, exploring the key technological components of such a platform.
