推进以人口城镇化、空间城镇化和城乡公共服务均等化为核心内容的城镇化,将为仍处于较低水平的农民增收带来新机遇和拓展新路径。借助城镇化进程中支撑产业扶持、户籍管制放松、土地流转完善及支农力度加大等政策所带来的机遇,应突破知识技能缺乏、城乡户籍隔离、农产品价格低、生产方式落后、土地流转不畅以及资助结构单一等因素的约束,继续加快提高农民的工资性收入,稳步提高其经营性收入,大幅提高其财产性收入,有效提高其转移性收入。

Propelling the urbanization with the core content of population urbanization, space urbanization and equalization of public service will bring about new opportunity and expand new route to farmer＇s income increasing in China. With the help of opportunities brought by supporting industry, household register loosening, land transfer perfecting and supporting agriculture increasing, government should break the restrain of knowledge and skill deficiency, isolation of urban and rural, low price of agricultural products, production mode backward, land transfer obstructed, and subsidize structure singleness, to keep on enhancing wage income quickly, operational income steadily, property income greatly and transitivity income effectively.
