摘要
目的探讨环氧化酶2(COX-2)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、CD31的表达与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)浸润、转移、肿瘤新生血管的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测54例NSCLC组织(肺癌组)与12例癌旁正常肺组织(对照组)中COX-2、MMP-9和CD31标记的微血管密度(MVD)的表达。结果肺癌组COX-2、MMP-9表达和CD31-MVD均高于对照组(P<0.01)。有淋巴结转移和TNM分期高的NSCLC中,COX-2和MMP-9表达明显增加(P<0.01)。COX-2、MMP-9均与CD31-MVD呈正相关(r=0.786,r=0.900,P<0.01),COX-2与MMP-9呈正相关(r=0.353,P<0.01)。结论 COX-2、MMP-9和CD31的表达与NSCLC的浸润、转移、血管生成有密切关系。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and CD31 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods The expressions of COX-2, MMP-9 and CD31 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 54 cases of NSCLC(group A) and 12 samples of tumor-adjacent tissues (group B). The relationship between their expressions and the clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed. Results The positive rates of COX-2, MMP-9 and CD31-marked microvessel density (MVD) were significantly higher in group A than those in group B(P〈0. 01). The expressions of COX-2 and MMP-9 in group A were higher with lymph node metastasis and higher grade than those without (P〈0. 01). The expressions of COX-2 and MMP-9 were positively correlated to CD31-MVD(r=0. 786 and r=0. 900, P〈0. 01). The expression of COX-2 was positively correlated to that of MMP-9 (r=0. 353, P〈0. 01). Conelusiort The expressions of COX-2,MMP-9 and CD31 play an important role in the invasion,metastasis and argiogenesis of NSCLC.
