器官保存液的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 随着器官移植的免疫学理论逐渐建立并不断完善,器官移植手术技术和围手术期治疗水平不断提高,受者的存活率和生活质量显著提高。但由于目前供者短缺,临床上采用扩大标准供者和心脏死亡器官捐赠(DCD)的器官,这对器官保存提出了更高的要求。器官保存一直被视为移植医学的三大支柱之一,而安全有效的器官保存是移植成功的先决条件。本文就器官保存液和相关实验研究做如下综述。
