新疆地区寻常性银屑病110例生活质量横断面调查

Cross-sectional Study on Dermatology Life Quality Index in 110 Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris in Xinjiang Area

目的分析寻常性银屑病对患者生活质量的影响。方法用皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)对2012年9月-12月本科门诊及住院的110例寻常性银屑病患者进行调查,由患者独立完成DLQI测试问卷,对其调查结果进行统计学分析。结果寻常性银屑病患者生理选项评分最高(合计175分),其次是社交娱乐(合计170分)、治疗(合计67分)等,DLQI与PASI评分呈显著相关性(P<0.05),但与性别和年龄无相关性(P>0.05)。结论寻常性银屑病患者的生理、心理、日常活动、社交娱乐、家庭等均不同程度的受到病情影响,临床治疗中应关注患者心理改变情况,及时而有效的心理疏导可显著改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of psoriasis vulgaris on the quality of patients＇ life. Methods Questionnaires from 110 outpatients and inpatients with psoriasis vulgaris were analyzed from October to December, 2012. Results In DLQI questionnaires, patients with psoriasis vulgaris had the highest scores in the physiological test, followed by the social entertainment and treatment. The DLQI indexes were correlated with PASI scores,but not with gender and age. Conclusion Psoriasis vulgaris has negative impact on the quality of patients＇ life including physiology 1 （ total score 175 ）, psychology （ total score 170）, daily activities （ total score 167）, social entertainment and family. We should pay attention to the psychological changes of patients during the treatment. Timely psychological consultation could improve the quality of patients＇ life.
