壮医药线点灸对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者血清细胞因子IL-1β和IL-10的影响 被引量:44

摘要 目的观察壮医药线点灸对带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)患者血清IL-1β和IL-10的影响,并探讨壮医药线治疗PHN的作用机理。方法将符合标准的80例患者随机分为两组,药线组给予壮医药线点灸治疗,火针组给予火针治疗,共治疗3个疗程,观察两组患者治疗前、后血清细胞因子IL-1β,IL-10水平及VAS评分。结果药线组与火针组IL-10水平上升(P<0.01),VAS评分降低(P<0.01),IL-1β无影响(P>0.05)。药线组血清IL-10水平上升优于火针组(P<0.05)。结论壮医药线治疗PHN的机理在于通过刺激抗炎因子IL-10的分泌,减少神经损伤部位痛觉过敏以达到缓解疼痛的目的,而无抑制前炎性细胞因子IL-1β分泌的作用。 Objective To observe the levels of serum IL-1β and IL-10 in postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) patients treated with medicated thread moxibustion of traditional zhuang medicine (MTMZ) and its mechanisms. Methods Eighty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was treated with MTMZ and control group was treated with fire - needle therapy for three courses. The levels of serum IL-1β, IL-10 and VAS scores were assessed before and after treatment. Results Following treatment, in both groups, the levels of serum IL-10 were significantly higher (P 〈0.01 ) while VAS scores were lower (P 〈 0.01 ) with no significant change in serum IL-1β (P 〉 0.05 )as compared with before treatment. The level of serum IL-10 was higher in treatment group than controls (P 〈0.05). Conclusion The mechanisms of MTMZ on pain-relieving are via stimulation of IL-10 secretion and reduction in hyperalgesia , but not changes in the levels of serum IL-1β.
