摘要
目的:通过微拉伸粘结强度检测法,比较3种不同的牙本质粘结剂Single Bond 2、SE Bond和Easy One的粘结强度,为临床应用提供参考。方法:选用30个新鲜拔除的人磨牙,磨除牙合面釉质暴露牙本质,随机分为3组,每组10个牙,分别使用Single Bond 2、SE Bond、Easy One粘结剂,再用蓝色复合树脂充填5 mm高度。在流水下,用慢速锯垂直于粘结面制备成1.0 mm×1.0 mm横截面积的柱状试件,用微拉伸测试仪测试其微拉伸强度,用体视显微镜观察样本断裂类型,对微拉伸强度测试值和断裂类型进行统计学分析。结果:Single Bond 2组的微拉伸强度为(23.40±6.20)MPa,Easy One组为(16.25±4.42)MPa,SE Bond组(16.17±4.78)MPa。经方差分析,Single Bond 2组与另两组粘结剂微拉伸强度均有显著性差异(P<0.05),而SE Bond组和Easy One组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:Single Bond 2粘结强度优于Easy One、SE Bond,3种粘结剂的粘结强度均可满足临床应用要求。
AIM: To evaluate the dentin adhesive bond strength of 3 bonding systems. METHODS: Dentin of 30 extracted human molars was exposed by removal of the occlusal enamel. The teeth were then randomly divided into 3 groups(n = 10). A block of composite resin was bonded to dentin of th teeth respectively with Single Bond 2, Easy One and SE Bond according to manufactures' instructions. The teeth were cut vertically to their bonded surfaces and sectioned to obtain slice- shaped specimens with a slow-speed saw. Then the specimens were trimmed into col- umns with the bonded surface area of 1.0 mm2. The bonding strength of the specimens was measured by a Microtensile Tester. A microscope was used to observe the fracture modes. Data were statistically analyzed. RESULTS: The mean bond strength (MPa) of Single Bond 2, Easy One and SE Bond was 23.40 ± 6.20, 16.25 ± 4.42 ; and 16.17± 4.78 respectively. Single Bond 2 vs Easy One or SE Bond, P 〈 0.05 ; Easy one vs SE Bond, P 〉 0.05. CONCLUSION : Single Bond 2 can prodce stronger bonding strength to dentin than SE Bond and EASY OEN.
