与金属加工液接触有关的过敏性肺炎 被引量：3

摘要 金属加工液（metalworking fluids,MWFs）也称金属清洗液、切割油、润滑剂、加工液或冷冻液,广泛应用于金属产品的加工和塑形过程中,起润滑、冷却、防锈和清洗等作用.美国国家职业安全与卫生研究院（NIOSH）估计美国有120万工人接触金属加工液,在汽车制造业,如发动机、变速器、底盘构件,航天航空精密零部件制造及其他金属产品加工中广泛使用.改革开放后我国迅速发展为“世界制造”基地,对MWFs的需求不断增加,到2010年已达3.5×10^5～4.0×10^5 t,并以包括汽车零部件制造在内的机械行业为最大终端用户.已有研究接触微生物污染的MWFs与过敏性肺炎（hypersensitivity pneumomitis,HP）以及哮喘等呼吸系统损害有关,但在国内还鲜有报道,值得引起关注.
