摘要 1 Hormesis现象的定义"剂量决定毒物"是16世纪著名的炼金术士及内科医生Paracelsus的名言[1],他首次将化学物质与矿物成分应用于医药治疗,并提出所有物质都是有毒的,只有剂量才能区别毒物的论点,成为毒物兴奋效应的雏形。19世纪德国微生物学家Schulz[2]观察到低浓度重金属离子可以促进酵母生长,进而认为这种现象可能普遍存在于各种化学物和生命体中,从而提出Amat-Schulz定律,即弱刺激加速生命力,
