A型肉毒毒素注射下面部提升术应用分析

Application of botulinum toxin type A in lifting lower face

目的:探讨使用A型肉毒毒素进行下面部提升的临床效果。方法:募集60例面部松垂的志愿者随机分成治疗组和对照组各30例。在单盲法的情况下,治疗组用A型肉毒毒素注射下颌缘处颈阔肌及降口角肌,对照组用等量0.9%氯化钠注射液同法注射。结果:治疗组总有效率为66.67%,对照组总有效率为16.67%,两者具有显著性统计学差异。结论:应用A型肉毒毒素注射行下面部提升安全、有效,可以推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of botulinum toxin type A in lifting lower face.Methods Sixty volunteers with face laxity were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）.In the case of single-blinded,theatment group was injected at the edge of lower face with botulinum toxin type A.The same method was used in the control group with the same amount of normal saline.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 66.67％,and control group was 16.67％.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A injection in lifting lower face is safe and effective,and could be widely applied.
