超脉冲CO_2激光治疗睑缘色素痣疗效分析

The analysis of pulsed CO_2 laser in the treatment of pigmented nevus in palpebral margin

目的：观察采用超脉冲CO2激光治疗睑缘色素痣的疗效.方法：选取笔者科室2012牟2月～2013年11月收治的睑缘色素痣患者240例,随机分为研究组和对照组.对照组：使用常规连续CO2激光治疗,研究组：使用超脉冲CO2激光治疗.观察比较两组患者的疗效并记录,采用统计学软件进行数据分析.结果：研究组治疗后总有效率高于对照组,且症状改善时间显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：超脉冲CO2激光治疗睑缘色素痣患者有明显的临床疗效,且不良反应少,建议进行临床推广.

Objective To observe the effect of ultra pulse CO2 laser treatment of pigmented nevus in palpebral margin.Methods 240 patients with nevus was selected in our hospital from 2012 Februaryto 2013 November,they were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group uses the conventional continuous CO2 laser treatment,with the study group using ultra pulse CO2 laser treatment.They were compared and recording to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups,data were analyzed by statistical software.Results The total efficiency of the study group was higher than the control group,and the symptoms improved time was significantly lower than that of the control group,all these difference has statistical significance （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Super pulse CO2 laser has the obvious curative effect for the treatment of pigmented nevus in palpebral margin,which can reduce the time to heal and the adverse reaction,it is suggested for clinical application.
