窄谱强脉冲光治疗面部毛细血管扩张症疗效评价

Analysis of clinical efficacy of Narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light for facial telangiectasia

目的：观察窄谱强脉冲光（DPL）治疗面部毛细血管扩张症的有效性和安全性.方法;采用以色列飞顿辉煌360系统DPL（550～ 650nm）窄谱强脉冲光治疗头治疗面部毛细血管扩张症患者40例,根据血管粗细及治疗即刻反应个性化设置治疗参数.结果：40例患者中治愈14例,显效15例,有效9例,无效2例,有效率95％,不良反应包括一过性红斑和皮肤水肿.结论：窄谱强脉冲光（DPL）治疗面部毛细血管扩张症见效快,疗效确切,不良反应轻微.

Objective The aim of this study was to discuss the effectiveness and safety of Narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light for facial telangiectasia.Methods 40 patients presenting with telangiectasia were treated with Narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light （DPL,550 ～650nm,） The treatment parameter was changed with vessel diameters and the immediate vessel responses.Results 14 of 40 patients had more than 90％ improvement,another 15 of 40 had 60％ to 89％ improvement,and 9 of 40 patients had 30％ to 59％ improvement,2 of 40 patients had less than 30％ improvement.Adverse effects include transient erythema and edema.Conclusion The Narrow-spectrum intense pulsed light can be considered as effective and safe treatment modality for facial telangiectasia with mild adverse reactions.
