自体脂肪移植及其血管生成的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 严重的烧伤、创伤或正常情况下的美容手术都有进行脂肪组织移植的需求,但脂肪移植在供区和受区位点仍然存在一定的限制或可能会发生一些并发症;而自体脂肪组织作为软组织修复重建的材料之一,其具有来源丰富、取材方便、无免疫排斥反应等特点.自体脂肪移植后因血供不足导致脂肪移植组织被吸收和脂肪细胞凋亡是影响自体脂肪移植存活率的关键.以自体颗粒脂肪移植或脂肪组织工程学为主的许多研究已经证明了影响自体脂肪移植最重要和最关键的因素是新生血管的质量、数量和新生脂肪组织的长期存活率.
