三阴乳腺癌雄激素受体表达与瘤体大小、淋巴转移的关系 被引量:9

摘要 目的:探讨三阴乳腺癌(TNBC)雄激素受体(AR)表达与患者年龄、血清雄激素水平、瘤体大小和淋巴转移的关系。方法:免疫组织化学检测87例TNBC组织中AR的表达,电化学发光法检测患者血清雄激素水平,并对AR的表达与患者年龄、血清雄激素水平、瘤体大小、淋巴转移之间的关系进行统计学分析。结果:全组TNBC患者癌组织中AR阳性率为19.54%(17/87),AR表达阳性患者与阴性患者间年龄、雄激素水平差异无统计学意义(t=-0.104,P=0.918;t=-1.081,P=0.283),而在瘤体大小与有无淋巴结转移分组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.077,P=0.043,χ2=4.827,P=0.028),瘤体大者与有淋巴结转移者AR阳性率高。结论:TNBC患者AR阳性表达与瘤体大小、淋巴转移有关,提示AR表达阳性的TNBC较阴性者有更加恶性的生物学行为。
