环乳晕切口在浆细胞性乳腺炎手术中的临床应用研究

Clinical study on the resection of plasma cell mastitis by circum-areola incision

目的:探讨环乳晕切口在浆细胞性乳腺炎手术中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经乳晕切口(观察组)和放射状切口(对照组)手术治疗的89例浆细性乳腺炎患者的临床资料,观察两组的临床治疗效果并比较。结果:两组切口甲级愈合率及住院时间比较存在明显差异(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;两组乳房切口瘫痕形成率、乳头畸形矫正率、乳头乳晕缺血坏死率及术后复发率比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论:环乳晕切口应用于浆细胞性乳腺炎手术效果好,皮肤切口瘢痕不明显,在切除病灶的同时凹陷的乳头也得到了纠正,美容效果好,术后疾病复发率低,住院时间缩短,患者满意度高,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To investigate the effect on the resection of plasma cell mastitis by circumareola incision.Methods A retrospective analysis of 89 cases of plasma cell mastitis with clinical data by circum-areola incision （observation group） or by radial incision （control group）,the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and compared.Results There were significant differences in wound healing complications and duration of hospitalization between the two groups （P ＜0.05）.Also there were significant differences in breast incision scar formation ratemnipple correction rate,nipple areola necrosis rate,and the recurrence rate between the two groups （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Treating plasma cell mastitis by circum-areola incision shows good operation effect,small skin incision scar,good beauty effect,the low rate of recurrence and the reduced hospital stay.At the same time,the crater nipple can be corrected.The patients were satisfied with the treatment.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
